ORDERING & REFUNDS
ORDER POLICY
Once your order has been placed I will contact you in order to gain the changes you require to be made and also a page count in order to provide you with a pdf. If you are not near completion of your novel please let me know as I can put these in a dedicated folder until you are ready to move forward. Please allow 5-10 working days once giving me your page counts or changes in order for final files to be forwarded to you. If I am running over this time frame I will notify you asap.
REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been full filled with changes made to the cover there are no refunds available. However a refund is available within 5 working days if any amendments haven't been made, anything after this time frame is unable to be refunded.
